Q:How do I obtain warranty service on my BOYO product?
A: You may take your BOYO product to any of our authorized dealer or to us with RA form fill out (9925 Painter Ave Suite K, Whittier CA 90605. (888)941-3060) for warranty repair. Be sure to present a copy of your purchase receipt for warranty verification.

Q: My product is no longer under warranty. Can I still get it repaired?
A: The majority of our products are repairable even after the warranty period. Take or ship the product to BOYO. The service will provide you with a repair estimate prior to beginning the work. There is a nominal diagnostic fee that the service center will charge you for evaluation of your product. Should you decide to have the product repaired, the diagnostic fee that you will pay will be credited toward the total cost of the repair. |

Q: Where can I find Instruction Manuals for my product?
A: Instruction Manuals can be downloaded from our Instruction Manuals Page. You can search by all or part of your model number and download as many as you need. |

Q: Where can I buy replacement parts, remotes or accessories?
A: Replacement parts manuals and certain accessories are available from our site and may be ordered through the BOYO Authorized Distributors or dealers. They will provide you with the part number, cost, and shipping and handling of the requested item(s). |

Q: How do I register my BOYO product?
A: You may register your BOYO product from web site www.visiontechamerica.com or simply send in the product registration form to BOYO.
Keep in mind that registering your product does not guarantee warranty coverage of your BOYO product, and you must still keep your original purchase receipt showing you have purchased the product from a BOYO authorized dealer. Please refer to your warranty certificate for additional information. |

Q: What is the range of the vehicle wireless rear view camera system?
A: The range can be vary based upon conditions. The unit is designed to be used on a standard vehicle from the trunk to the dash where the range is generally a maximum of 15-20 feet. Due to FCC rules, the transmitter is limited to transmit 50 feet.

Q: How far will the 2.4 GHZ wireless system transmit?
A: The 2.4 wireless system is BEST conditions will transmit approximately 12-16 feet. It is designed to be used in a standard SUV or passenger vehicle, Not on trailers.
Because 2.4Ghz is used on many other applications this systems performance will vary based upon other sources of 2.4Ghz signals in that area. |

A: If the factory mirror is a stand alone rear view mirror without home-link or On Star, it will fit. |

Q: I shipped my product for repair or warranty. What is the turn-around time?
A: Present a proof of purchase or a payment for the repair, the normal turn-around time is 7-10 business days, sometimes less. The return shipment will be via FedEX ground. |

Q: What is the power required to run the camera?
A: All of BOYO camera only requires a DC11volt - DC 15.3 volt to operate. |

Q: Is there an XM receiver that would work with the BOYO AVN700A direct connect controls as well as with other radios through FM with a FM modulator?
A: The AVN700A with last 3 digit of serial numbers starts at 301 is XM-ready. You need the TERK CNP2000UC with XMDKEN100 smart Digital Adapter. |
